Upcoming School Visits
For all school visits we typically (1) teach in all classes in the school, (2) conduct a teacher workshop on using hands-on science activities in the classroom, (3) conduct a Family Science Night, and (4) teach a parent-teacher team how to conduct a Family Science Night in the future. We will do each of these four at the schools listed below unless noted otherwise.
COMMUNITY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, LOWELL, MA
A school visit is planned for Community Christian Academy, 105 Princeton Blvd R, Lowell, MA 01851 (K - 8) for March 5-6, 2003. We will teach an in-service teacher workshop throughout Wednesday afternoon, teach in K - 8 classes through the day on Thursday, and conduct a Family Science Night on Thursday evening at 6:30 PM. ROSS CORNERS CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, VESTAL, NY
A school visit is planned for Ross Corners Christian Academy, Owego Rd, Vestal, NY 13850 (K - 6) for March 10-11, 2003. We will teach in K-6 classes on March 10-11, will conduct a teacher workshop after school on March 10, will conduct a Family Science Night workshop the evening of March 10, and will conduct a Family Science Night the evening of March 11. LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SCHENECTADY, NY
A school visit is planned for Lincoln Elementary School, 2 Robinson St., Schenectady, NY 12304 for March 17-21, 2003. A schedule will be provided as soon as it is available. cALVARY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, CRESAPTOWN, MD
A school visit is planned for Calvary Christian Academy, P. O. 5154, 14517 McMullen Hwy, Cresaptown, MD 21505 for March 24-25, 2003. A schedule will be provided as soon as it is available. MIDWESTERN TOUR
Teacher workshops will be presented in Indianapolis, IN on October 2-3, 2003 and in Minneapolis, MN on October 16-17, 2003. We intend to schedule school visits prior to, between, and after those teacher workshops, that is, during September, October, and November, 2003. If you are located in the Midwest and would like a visit to your school, please email us as soon as possible with preferred dates and the information under Arrangements on the What We Do page.
SOUTHEASTERN TOUR
Teacher workshops will probably be presented in Greensboro, NC on January 29-30, 2004 and in Birmingham, AL on February 12-13, 2004. We intend to schedule school visits prior to, between, and after those teacher workshops, that is, during January and February, 2004.
